Defective Product Cases
Defective product cases may occur when a product has been defectively designed, manufactured, constructed and/or marketed.
Hundreds of thousands of people are injured and killed every year as a result of dangerous products placed into the stream of commerce by negligent, indifferent, and/ or profit driven manufacturers. When a dangerous product causes injury of wrongful death to a consumer it may go unreported or under reported and may or not be the subject of a recall. When a product known to be dangerous the manufacturer, retailer and marketers of that product have an obligation to recall the dangerous product and notify those who have purchased or leased the product. In some cases they may be held strictly liable for a defect causing injury or death to a consumer.
Many products that we encounter on a daily basis can be dangerous and defective and may be grounds for a claim for damages and a lawsuit when you are injured or a loved one is killed by such a product. Products such as toys, automobiles, medical devices, pools, pharmaceuticals, furniture, household appliances, office equipment, construction materials, airbags, seats, seat belts, cribs, industrial equipment and many other products that may be deceptively dangerous.

However, Davant & Associates accepts Defective Product and Product Liability cases on a contingency basis; in other words, we pay the expenses and we don’t get paid unless you get paid.
